Michelle started her career in real estate because she loves helping people.  What better way to help someone than helping them make their dreams come true?  For some it is making homeownership a reality, for others it is helping them move up to their next dream home.   Seeing her clients happy, hearing the excitement in their voices, and seeing the smiles on their faces is so fulfilling for Michelle. 

She is originally from Eastern Ohio and moved to Sioux Falls 31 years ago. She met her husband, Brian, in Sioux Falls. They have been married for 23 years and have raised 2 wonderful children here in Sioux Falls. Sioux Falls is truly a wonderful place to live.

Michelle & Brian founded Tull Companies in Sioux Falls in November 2015.  They facilitate commercial construction with structural steel and precast erection, crane rental & rigging, and over dimensional hauling.  The most notable project their team has had the pleasure of participating in is the Arc of Dreams project in downtown Sioux Falls.  From hauling in the Arc of Dreams from Sturgis to Sioux Falls as well as putting all the pieces together and installing the Arc of Dreams as you see it today, the Tulls have been involved in every step!  Tull Companies is a Woman Owned Small Business as Michelle is 51% owner of the business.  She is also a proud member of the Greater Sioux Falls #237-chapter of NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction).  In 2016, she was honored to receive our local chapter's Member of The Year award!
